If you are interested in fishing then Achnasmeorach House on Loch Awe is a great location and the loch is renowned for excellent wild trout and pike fishing. Boats can be hired from nearby Dalavich and we have our own canoes at the house exclusively for guest use.
For climbers, Ben Cruachan at 3,695ft is our local Munro with magnificent views across the loch and Argyll. For a more relaxed mountain experience venture inside this great mountain and see the astounding engineering work that created the Ben Cruachan hydro-power station.
